Airstream Bambi is a 4 meter long polished airstream from 1964. It is one of the smaller Airstreams from our rental assortment. As one of the few Airstreams, this unit does not need a heavy towing truck and is very manoeuvrable. The Bambi is a legend within the Airstream ranks and was a revolution at the time. A very small airstream with a carriage work of only 4 meters. Oddly enough, the Bambi was not a success at the time and only a few hundred were built. At that time, it could all not be big enough. By now we know better and the Bambi is one of the most sought after Airstreams and the classics from the years 1960 are real collectors items. There is even a copy in the Museum of Modern Art in New York! Now also in our rental assortment. Very nice combination with our Chevrolet Bel-Air from 1957….
